Your trainers get their own app
Today’s sessions, their client roster, and one tap to close a session out — all from the floor. Everything they do lands in your dashboard as it happens.
Built for the person on the floor
A trainer between two clients is not going to open a dashboard. The app gives them the four things they actually need, and nothing else.
Today, at a glance
A trainer opens the app and sees the sessions they are running today, with times, clients, and where each one is happening.
Their own client roster
Every client assigned to that trainer, with the detail they need before a session — and nothing about the rest of your gym.
One tap to close a session
Completed, cancelled, or a no-show — marked from the floor as it happens. A completed session draws down the client’s package immediately.
Their month, in numbers
Sessions delivered, hours worked, clients trained, and completion rate — so a trainer can see their own performance without asking you for it.
Payslips they can check themselves
Every payment you have recorded against a trainer, with the last payment and the year to date. Fewer conversations that start with “about my salary”.
The session log nobody wants to keep
Personal training records break at the same place in almost every gym: the moment between the session ending and someone writing it down. The trainer moves on to the next client, the front desk is busy, and by the evening nobody is quite sure whether a client has four sessions left or five.
Recorded where it happens
When the trainer can close a session out on their own phone, seconds after it ends, the record stops depending on anyone's memory. The package balance updates on the spot, and the argument about how many sessions are left never starts.
Scoped to the trainer
The app deliberately shows a trainer only their own work — their sessions, their clients, their performance, their payslips. Your revenue, your full member list, and other trainers' clients and pay are not in it. Giving a trainer a useful tool should not mean opening your books to them.
Access you control
The trainer app stays off until you switch it on for your gym, and you can switch it off again. Trainers sign in with your gym code and a one-time code sent to their email, so there are no passwords to issue and none to reset — and removing someone from your trainer list removes their access with it.
Fewer questions about pay
Trainers can see the payments you have already recorded against them, along with their sessions and hours for the month. Most pay conversations start because the trainer has no way to check — giving them the same numbers you are looking at ends a surprising number of them before they begin.
Trainer app — frequently asked questions
Is there a separate app for trainers?
Yes. ManageYourGym Trainer is a free app for the trainers at your gym, separate from the owner app and the member app. It shows a trainer their own schedule, clients, performance, and payslips — and nothing about the rest of your business.
How do trainers sign in?
There is no password to issue or reset. A trainer enters your gym code — or scans it — then their email address, and confirms with a one-time code sent to that address. If they leave, removing their trainer record removes their access.
Do I have to give every trainer access?
The trainer app is off until you switch it on. It is a per-gym setting in your dashboard, so you decide whether trainers get their own app at all, and you can turn it off again at any time.
What can a trainer see about my gym?
Only what belongs to them: their own sessions, the clients assigned to them, their own performance figures, and their own payment history. They cannot see your revenue, your member list, or other trainers’ clients and pay.
Do sessions marked in the app update the owner dashboard?
Yes — it is the same data. A session a trainer marks completed on the floor appears immediately in your dashboard, draws down the client’s personal training package, and feeds the trainer performance and payout reports.
Can trainers add notes about a client?
Yes, and there are two kinds. Session notes are the record of what was done, and there is a separate private note visible only to you and the trainer — so a candid observation about a client never reaches the member app.
