How are trainer salaries handled?
You can set a trainer’s pay as a monthly salary, per class, or hourly, add a flat per-session rate, and give them a percentage share of the personal training packages they sell or deliver — in any combination. ManageYourGym turns that into a suggested payout for the period, and every payment you record is stored with its date and amount as a running history per trainer.
Can I pay a trainer a share of the PT packages they sell?
Yes. Set a percentage, then choose when they earn it: each time they complete a session, or up front when the member buys the package. The form shows a worked example in your own currency as you type, so you can see what the split means before you save it.
Can I see which members a trainer works with?
