The product, set up for the UAE
Everything a UAE gym runs onBuilt around sessions, not membershipsBuilt around the timetable
AED, UAE time and VAT are already set. Every screen here is the real product.
A tax invoice on every sale
Add your TRN once. Every membership, pack and PT package gets a numbered tax invoice with the 5% worked out, whether your prices include VAT or sit on top of it.
- Kept and exportable for the five years the FTA asks
- Sent to the member on WhatsApp or email

See every renewal before it lapses
The renewal queue sorts members by when their plan ends, with the AED behind each group and Renew right on the row.
- Next three days, later this week, then the rest
- Renewal reminders from your own WhatsApp Business number

Know who owes what, and collect it
Record cash, card or bank transfer at the desk, or let members pay in AED from the app through Stripe or Nomod.
- Outstanding dues on one list
- Every payment method, split and totalled

Every trainer's week on one screen
Book, move and mark sessions for each trainer. Packages sold in AED count down on their own, and clients confirm their next session from the app.
- Single sessions, weekly slots and packages
- Trainer certifications kept on file for licensing checks

Trainer pay, worked out for you
Base salary, per-session rates or a revenue share for each trainer. Every month you see what each one is owed in AED and what's already been paid.
- Clients running low on sessions flagged on your dashboard

Build a programme once, assign it to anyone
Each client gets their own copy to adjust, and logs every set in the app. Templates belong to the studio, so they stay when a trainer leaves.

A timetable that fills itself
Recurring classes with capacity and waitlists. Members book a spot from the app, and you see who's coming before the doors open.
- Class packs and memberships
- Instructors take attendance from their app

VAT, records, e-invoicing and trainers
5% on memberships, packs and PT
Registration is mandatory above AED 375,000 a year, and every sale needs a tax invoice with your TRN.

Seven if the same records support Corporate Tax. Every invoice stays searchable and exportable.

Corporate memberships are in scope. Sales to individual members are not, for now.
Registered coaches only
Dubai rules bar hiring unregistered coaches. Keep each trainer’s certifications on file.

FAQ
What Dubai owners ask
Do Dubai trainers need to be registered?
Yes. Under Executive Council Resolution No. 1 of 2020, coaches and professional staff must be on the Dubai Sports Council’s register to work at a sports establishment, and the establishment must keep a record of them.
Can I keep my trainers’ certifications in the software?
Yes. Each trainer’s profile holds their certifications, qualifications and specialisations, so your coach records live in one place instead of a folder.
Does it work for a reformer Pilates studio?
Yes. Capacity-capped classes with waitlists, class packs, private and duet sessions sold as packages, and spot booking so clients pick their reformer.
How do I handle the Dubai Fitness Challenge rush?
Share an enquiry link before 31 October, book first-timers into trial classes or multi-day passes, and let the WhatsApp follow-ups run. Converting a lead opens the member form already filled in.
Does it handle UAE VAT?
Yes. Add your TRN in settings and every payment gets a tax invoice with 5% VAT, in AED. Not registered yet? Invoices go out without VAT until you add one.
Can members pay online?
Yes — renewals and dues are paid by card in the member app, through Stripe or Nomod, settled to your own account. Cash and bank transfers are recorded at the desk.
Why is the price in US dollars?
We bill the software in US dollars. Your members pay you in AED, and their invoices are in AED.
